OUR ATHLETE SCHEDULE IS DESIGNED TO HELP OUR ATHLETES REACH THE HIGHEST LEVELS IN SPORT BJJ. WE CREATED THESE SCHEDULES WITH AGE AND ALL OTHER IMPORTANT FACTORS IN MIND. WE CAN’T WAIT FOR YOU TO EXPERIENCE THE GROWTH A CONSISTENT SCHEDULE CAN BRING, INCLUDING STRENGTH TRAINING, STUDYING, STRETCHING, AND BJJ ITSELF.
OUR ATHLETE SCHEDULE IS DETERMINED BY AGE AND FOLLOWS A CALENDAR YEAR. THE CURRENT SETUP IS FOR THE 2024 COMPETITION SEASON.
